What should I include when I report a problem?
- What you tapped, what happened, and what you thought would happen.
- Your phone model and system version. iPhone: Settings › General › About. Android: Settings › About phone.
- The app version, shown at the bottom of the app.
- How you installed Pollinate: TestFlight, Google Play or the web version.
- A cropped screenshot, if you can, with names, phone numbers, family photos, notifications and passwords cropped out.
