Terms of Use

Effective date: October 23, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Pollinate app or this website, both provided by Pollinate LLC ("we" or "us"). By using Pollinate, you agree to them.

1. A prototype in testing

Pollinate is an early prototype being tested with invited families. Features may change, stop working or be removed, and saved information could be lost, so it's a good idea to save a backup copy from time to time (Your data › Save a copy of my answers). Test versions are provided through Apple TestFlight and Google Play testing for testing only. Taking part is voluntary, and you can stop at any time.

2. For adults

Pollinate is for parents and caregivers aged 18 or older. It isn't designed for children to use.

3. Not medical or professional advice

Pollinate offers general play ideas. It isn't medical, therapeutic or other professional advice, and it doesn't evaluate or diagnose any child. For questions about your child's health or development, talk with your pediatrician or another qualified professional.

4. Adults supervise every activity

Every activity is meant to be done with an adult. Stay with your child and supervise them throughout. You know your child best: skip or change any idea that doesn't suit your child, your space or the moment.

5. Use materials that are safe for your child's age

Only use materials that are safe for your child's age. Watch for choking hazards and small parts, especially with children under 3, and check that items are clean, sturdy and free of sharp edges. If an idea looks unsafe, don't try it, and please tell us at hello@pollinatebloom.com.

6. Using Pollinate fairly

Use Pollinate for your own family. Please don't share test invitations or access details, and don't try to copy, break or misuse the app. The app and its activities are owned by Pollinate LLC.

7. Your privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

8. No warranty

Pollinate is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise that it will be error-free, always available or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Limits on our responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Pollinate LLC isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury, loss or damage that comes from activities you choose to do.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; we'll change the effective date when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, USA. Questions: hello@pollinatebloom.com.
